main rules


— NO backouts unless stated otherwise. you will need to still pay on time and try to find a replacement.

— if you send me any payments in g&s, they will be immediately refunded and you will be blacklisted from gos following. i do not want my accounts to get suspended and will do anything to keep that from happening.

— failure to pay by the end of deadlines will result in your item(s) being forfeit with no refund. if you need an extension, please dm me so we can work it out prior!

— all gos that need to be sorted will be determined through timed forms. they will be announced at least 24 hours in advance with a preview video of the content it will contain. sorting will be decided based on the timestamps provided to me.

— you must notify me if you change your username or address.

— i do not send address checks for group orders. it is under your own prerogative to make sure your address is correct.

— i am not responsible for the condition items arrive to me in. i have no control over if a store sends me damaged items sadly and there’s nothing i can do about it.

— the majority of updates will be provided via the gc, but i also do try to update on my story when i can. please check both the gc and my “updates” hl prior to messaging me with questions!

— i cannot guarantee that stores will send full sets (in regard to member claim gos). if this happens, it will resort to a sorting form to determine how the pobs get distributed amongst joiners.

— prices are subject to change unless stated otherwise. if there is an “est.” included in the post, then that means it’s an estimation, not a final price.

— i will not provide discounts/refunds if a photocard is damaged and i was not notified about it. please understand that any damages that i am aware of will be listed in the initial post.

— i will not provide refunds if the go items get lost.

— refunds will only be given if the go is cancelled or i make a mistake.

— i do not want to chase you down. please just be communicative with me if you need help/extensions with payments/etc. it is your responsibility to keep up with your claims. ghosting will result in a block.
